Outagamie County WI has announced their purchase of a new election management system from ES&S to be used beginning with the 2018 spring election. The County’s new equipment includes ExpressVote® universal voting systems which utilize touch-screen technology and produce a voter-verifiable paper record for tabulation and DS200® precinct scanner and tabulators equipped with ES&S’ patented IMR® and PTRAC™ technology which ensures that even marginally marked ballots are read accurately and consistently — protecting voter intent.
